The 2020 Combined Property Tax Assessments & Notices will be mailed out before the end of May. Property owners have 67 days to appeal their assessment from the date that assessments are mailed out.

The deadline to pay property taxes is June 30th. No penalty charges will be applied on unpaid taxes on July 1st. Due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, an amendment was made to the Tax Penalty Bylaw No. 1136/2018 to defer penalties until October 1, 2020.  All terms of Bylaw No. 1136/2018 will come back into effect on January 1, 2021.
