The Delburne Cemetery is managed by the Village of Delburne and its operation is in accordance with the Alberta Cemeteries Act and the Village of Delburne Bylaw No. 1132/2017, the Cemetery Bylaw.

The Delburne Cemetery is located on Range Road 233 south of the Village at NE 16-37-23-W4.

Burial and Monument Information

Cemetery plots may be purchased through the Village of Delburne office.

The price per interment is $200.00 plus GST as outlined in Bylaw 1182/2022 - The Fees & Charges Bylaw.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, or by credit card through OptionPay (3% user fee will be applied).

Burial Marking & Monument Placement Forms

A request form must be filled out before a burial or monument installation.

To request a burial plot to be marked, please fill out the form below and email it to village(at)delburne.ca. Please allow 2 business days for the request to be fulfilled.

Burial Permit

Before a burial takes place, the Village of Delburne requires a burial permit. A funeral home can assist with obtaining a burial permit. If you are not using the service of a funeral home, please visit the Government of Alberta's website to learn how to obtain one.
